Columbia Pike Animal Hospital is one of Northern Virginia’s largest, privately-owned veterinary hospitals. With over 30 doctors on staff, interns will participate in an immersive mentorship rotating in general practice, urgent care/emergency, surgery and hospitalized in-patient care.
Wolf Trap Animal Rescue is one of the top animal rescue transport & adoption organizations in the country. This rotation will focus on developing individual surgical skills specialized in advanced spay/neuter techniques. Interns will become experts on infectious disease management within a foster-based program as well as gold-standard animal welfare transport & adoption protocols.
